Melanie Hagopian concentrates on real estate transactions, land use and environmental law. She represents clients in the acquisition, development, leasing, financing, management, preservation, and disposition of all types of real estate. Her transactional practice includes representation of lenders, developer/owners, individuals, families, public authorities and non-profit and community organizations. Her involvement with state and local environmental agencies and boards, housing and community development authorities, developers, non-profit organizations, investors, lenders and underwriters enables her to offer her clients cost effective, efficient and creative representation.
Ms. Hagopian is a cum laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire and a graduate of Suffolk University Law School. She has been an instructor of real estate law at the Boston University Center for Professional Education for the past ten years.
